Can I change my password?

• Yes, once you are logged in, you can click the "My Account" link at the top of the page, then click "Edit" to enter your new password.
• Passwords must include:
• Seven Characters
• One Number
• One Uppercase Letter

I forgot my username and/or password. How do I get access to the site?

• Your username is your current Mizuho email address. If you forgot your username and/or password, you can click on the "Create or reset password" radio button.
• When you hit "Continue On" a link to create your own secure password will be sent to your Mizuho email address.

How to place a new order

• Search for the specific item or select a tab and browse for the item
• Select the quantity, click “add” to add the item to your cart
• Your cart will appear on the left of your screen, click "Checkout" to move to the next step or "Save This Order" to store it in your profile and process it later.
• On the shipping page fill in all relevant information including your contact information, and shipping information, click "Continue"
• Select your shipping method and review the total cost of the order
• If correct, click "send order"

How to Reorder

• Select "Re-order" at the top of the page.
• Enter your Order Number, and click "Lookup Matching Orders"
• If you do not know your order number enter either the last name on the item or your email address
• You will see a summary of the order and can change the item(s) or proceed to the checkout directly if you have no changes

How to see your Saved Orders

• Saved orders are visible under the "My Account" link.

How to see your Order History

• Order history is accessible using the Order History link at the top of the page
• Enter the last name that appeared on the item or your email address and click "Lookup Matching Orders"
• This will show you a list of the orders that match that information

What if the quantity available is not enough for my order?
